Volunteer Scheme

Volunteer Scheme

As part of the Pass It On Volunteering Scheme, you will represent the Spirit of Rugby brand whilst going out into the community to volunteer in a range of areas including: events, media and match reporting. In alignment with the Young Rugby Ambassador Programme (YRA), you will receive a range of benefits appropriate for the hours you contribute.

Unique to our scheme, you will be assigned a mentor who will facilitate your volunteering or coaching pathway and development.

Current voluntary opportunities can be found below, if there isn’t something for you then don’t worry as we can establish opportunities to suite your interests!

Many of the opportunities we offer will reach out further than just the benefits of being involved in rugby. They will allow young people to develop as individuals and allow them to create their own opportunities after gaining valuable experience.

Reward Package

The milestones you will receive rewards for are: 10, 30, 50 and 100 hours. You will receive certificates and exclusive YRA stash.

10 hours: Certificate, YRA t-shirt
30 hours: Certificate, recognition from an England Rugby representative, YRA bobble hat
50 hours: Certificate, YRA hoody
100 hours: Certificate, YRA jacket
